Ben has been working in the Dental Laboratory field for almost 2 years.  Ben completed the Dental Laboratory Technology Program at the Tennessee Technology Center in Nashville, Tennessee in 2006 and has been with Custom Ceramics since completing this program.  Ben's primary job duties include waxing but most recently he has begun training in contouring.  Ben's comradarieship with his fellow employees helps to make the day in the lab pleasant.  In his free time Ben likes to watch Auburn football, spend time with friends and family, workout, camp, and fish.

Abbie has worked with Custom Ceramics Dental Lab for one year.  She currently opaques and completes porcelain buildup.  She also assists in expediting the local case pick up and delivery.  Abbi loves spending time with her two teenage children, Jay and Savannah and her husband Randy.  She also enjoys reading, camping, and watching movies.

Jon has been working in the dental laboratory field for about 4 years with 3 being at Custom Ceramics Dental Laboratory.  Most of that time has been as a metal finisher and polishing.  Jon spends most of his free time raising his two daughters, Molly and Victoria.  His likes include camping, hanging out with friends and listening to music.

Susan, Bill’s wife, is new to the dental profession.  She recently retired after having worked in the healthcare field for 27 years in the area of hospital performance improvement.  She is now applying her previous experience in quality control to her contribution in the porcelain build up area.  In addition, she is also assisting Bill in office operations such as scheduling.  Susan’s greatest joy is the time spent with her family especially her grandson Colby.  She also enjoys riding motorcycles with her husband, spending time on the Lake, flower gardening, and reading.

Steve has been in the dental laboratory field for 20 years.  He enjoys working with staff who have the same ideas and goals.  That being to stay on the cutting edge of dental techology and second to do the very best we can with these technologies.  He has worked in crown and bridge, partials and dentures and model and die.  Steve is also certified in the Captek program and has also assisted in the Public Relations area.  Steve enjoys his job knowing that what he does boost's peoples self confidence and of course increases their "face" value.  Steve enjoys football, volleyball, and learning new things in his free time.

Alena has over four years experience in the dental field.  She began her career in a dentist office, where she gained a wealth of knowledge that she applies in the dental laboratory.  Her ability is only surpassed by her quality and attitude.  Alena takes pride in her impressions and models, displaying great attention to every facet.  She is truly an asset to the dental field.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, completing word puzzles, and surfing the internet.
