This commitment is but one example of Bill's well-deserved reputation for exceptional service. A survey of his accounts revealed a nearly unanimous consensus: Bill's service is the "very best" of any lab the doctors had tried. How does he do it? "I just treat people the way I would like to be treated." Bill's doctors also described his restorations as "better than lifelike" and his quality as "unmatched." One even went so far as to accuse Bill of being a perfectionist. Bill responds, "Each case is a search for excellence." Bill grew up in Decatur, Alabama and now lives in nearby Hartselle. He is a graduate of the UAB School of Dentistry and the VA Hospital Dental Technology program. A Certified Dental Technician, Bill is thoroughly trained and experienced in crown and bridge, ceramics and implants. His hobbies include fishing, boating and motorcycles. But his favorite pastimes are those he can share with his wife Susan and his son Chris. "If it's a sport, we've either tried it, watched it or bought a ticket to it."
